1 pkg (907g) Fresh
Rice Noodles
2 Tablespoon Oil
2 teaspoon Oyster sauce
2 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce
1 pinch Salt
¼ teaspoon Sugar
|
2 cups Bean sprouts
½ Onion, sliced
1 bunch Green Onion
1 teaspoon Oil
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
½ teaspoon Soy sauce
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Sugar
|
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, separate noodles by hand. Fresh rice
noodles get harden when left in refrigerator. When that happens,
microwave noodles for 30 sec – 1 min to warm up first.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil on medium heat; mix
all vegetables with oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and sugar.
Stir for 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Set aside, keep
warm.
3. Heat remaining oil, mix rice noodles with oyster sauce,
soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and sugar. Stir rapidly until
thoroughly mixed while being careful to avoid breaking noodles.
4. Add vegetables. Stir until well mixed and serve.

classic dish – Beef Rice Noodles
