• Provide excellent customer service
• Stock, rotate, and follow labels accordingly
• Accurately receive and unload inventory
• Follow specific procedures for new items, damage items, and return items
• Clean and maintain work area including retail shelves
• Other duties as assigned by store manager

• Able to communicate and follow instructions given by store manager
• Knowledge on using hand-truck, dolly, hand-jack, box-cutter, price gun, and tape gun
• Previous experience in customer service an asset
• Mature, positive, and professional attitude
