What is Goodness Rewards?

Goodness Rewards is a customer loyalty program for Donald’s Market customers. Earning rewards at Donald’s Market is easy, sign up in store and earn points for everything you buy. Your points can be redeemed at all Donald’s Market locations! Click here for more information.

How does it work?

You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend*. The points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.

* Goodness Rewards points’ accrual is based on the final sale price of products after any applicable discounts & coupons and before any applicable taxes.

* Points are not earned for the following: activation and re-charge of gift cards, delivery fees, charitable donations, bottle deposits/returns, environmental fees, parking fees, points redemption portion of a transaction, cashback, tobacco products, and other products/services specified as exclusions from time to time. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or gift card.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for Goodness Rewards starting February 9, 2016 at any of our store locations. Goodness Rewards key-tag must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive points. Click here for more information.

Q: How do I sign up? Is it free?

A: Yes, it is free! You can sign up for Goodness Rewards in-person at any of our store locations.

 

Q: How do I earn points? Can I still earn points if I do not have my card or key-tag with me?

A: In order to earn points for your purchase, please present your key-tag or card for scanning at the time of purchase at the checkout. If you do not have the card with you, please provide your phone number to the cashier and they will look up your account. This is only available if you have filled in your phone number when you signed up for Goodness Rewards.

 

Q: How do I redeem the points?

A: Once you have enough points for a reward, please let the cashier know that you’d like to redeem your points at the time of purchase. Please present your key-tag or card in order to redeem your points.

If you do not have the card or key-tag with you, you may provide your phone number and present a photo ID. The name on the ID must match the name(s) on the Goodness Rewards account. Photo ID must be presented for the purpose of protecting customer points, due to the risk of others redeeming your points by providing your phone number at the checkout.

 

Q: I forgot to earn points on my last purchase, can you add the points?

A: Yes, please bring your receipt and Goodness Rewards card/key-tag to any Donald’s Market store within 14 days from the date of purchase on the receipt.

 

Q: Where can I check my points balance?

A: Your points balance is displayed on the bottom of your purchase receipt. It will display the previous points balance, the number of points earned on the purchase, and the new points balance. Or please feel free to inquire with the cashier at the checkout.

 

Q: What if my card/key-tag gets lost or damaged?

A: Please visit any Donald’s Market location as soon as possible and notify a cashier at the checkout or customer service desk to sign up for a new Membership. New card & key-tags will be issued. Please ensure that you provide the same information as your previous Membership, so that we can identify your existing Membership and transfer your points over to the new card. Points cannot be transferred if the information is incomplete, incorrect, or fail to match.

 

Q: If I sign up for a new Membership due to a lost card/key-tag, will I retain my points?

A: On the new sign-up form, please indicate you have an existing account with us and that you’d like to have the points transferred.

 

Q: What if I need a replacement card/key-tag but have since changed my address/phone number?

A: Please provide both the old and new information at the time of sign-up.

 

Q: Can I share a single Membership with my family?

A: Yes, you may choose to share or give your card or key-tag to a family member to earn points. However, please note that only the person who signed up for the Membership originally is the only one that may make changes to the Membership including personal information, transfer points due to lost card, or redeem points.

If you’d like, you may request to add your family member’s name onto your account so that they are authorized to make changes and/or redeem points.
